The above-mentioned data are processed, recorded and stored in a confidential manner by the Controller, namely ANATOLI S.A. in compliance with the provisions of European law, as set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We would like to keep you always updated regarding collecting and using your personal data. We only ask for the minimum information required to satisfy your requests and to effectively communicate with you. In general, we collect information to:

  • book camping spots and other available accommodation in response to a relevant request that you submit through our website,
  • answer your questions submitted through the Contact Form of our website,
  • address and generally manage your requests before arriving at as well as when you are in the camping of Armenistis,
  • issue and file tax documents relating to transactions between us,
  • make and receive payments,
  • send you newsletters and other informational material,
  • satisfy your requirements and adapt our services to your personal preferences.

We collect your personal data when you fill in the reservation forms (camping / accommodation) or the communication form in our web site.

CONSENT

We always ask for your consent when we intend to use your personal data for purposes other than these related to the provision of our services such as sending informational emails and newsletters.

With regards to the promotional messages and newsletters you can always opt out by simply clicking the link ”Unsubscribe” at the end of all the relevant emails.

In the event that you provide us with personal information of a third party, you are responsible for informing the person in question of the use of his data and for obtaining his explicit consent that this information is provided for the purposes described above.

  • you have given us your explicit consent,
  • it is legally required by court order or at the request of any other competent governmental, judicial, police, administrative or regulatory authority, after a legal relevant request and in accordance with the applicable laws,

If, for reasons of complexity of the request or a multitude of requests, we are unable to respond promptly, we will notify you within 30 days of any delay, which in no case may exceed two months from the expiration of the 30-day deadline.

2.      Purpose and lawfulness of processing

We use a video surveillance system to protect persons and goods. Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us as data controllers (GDPR article 6, par. 1).

3.      Justification of legitimate interests

Our legitimate interests consist of our need to protect our facilities and the goods located in them from illegal actions, such as theft or vandalisms. The same goes for the safety of life, physical integrity, health as well as the property of our staff, customers and third parties who are legally in the supervised area. We only collect video data and limit recording to areas where we have assessed that there is an increased likelihood of illegal actions e.g. theft, such as in our cash registers and at the entrances, without focusing on places where the privacy of the persons whose image is being taken may be excessively restricted, including their right to respect for personal data.

4.      Recipients

Your image and video data are accessible only to our authorized personnel that is responsible for monitoring the security of our facilities. We do not transfer your image and video data to third parties except the following cases: a) to the competent judicial, prosecutorial and police authorities when it includes information necessary to investigate a criminal offense involving persons or goods under our control, b) to the competent judicial, prosecutorial and police authorities when requesting data, legally, in the exercise of their duties, and c) to the victim or perpetrator of a criminal act, in the case of data which may constitute evidence of the act.

5.      Retention time

We retain your image/ video data for seven (7) days, and then they are automatically deleted. In case there is an incident during this period, we isolate part of the video and keep it for up to one (1) more month, in order to investigate the incident and initiate legal proceedings to defend our legal interests, while if the incident concerns a third party, we will keep the video for up to three (3) more months.

6.      Data subjects rights

  • Right of access: you have the right to know if we process your image and, if this is true, to get a copy.

    • Right to erasure: you have the right to ask us to delete your data.

You may exercise your rights by sending an email to [email protected] or a letter to our street address or by submitting your request in person. To review a request related to your image, you need to specify when you were in the range of the cameras and give us a picture of you to make it easier for us to locate your own data and hide the data of third parties. Alternatively, we give you the opportunity to visit our facilities to show you the images in which you appear. We also point out that the exercise of the right to object or to erase does not imply the immediate deletion of data or the modification of the processing. In any case, we will answer you in detail as soon as possible, within the deadlines set by the GDPR.
